Red Chilli Structured Finance announced this week the appointment of Theo Tilev as Senior Broker for Central and Eastern Europe. Theo joined Red Chilli from the property team of a London based international bank where he managed a portfolio of Pan-European CMBS securitized and syndicated deals. Theo will be focusing on real estate projects in Central and Eastern Europe and has an extensive range of contacts on both the lending and client side. Growing up in Sofia, Moscow and Vienna, Theo is fluent in Bulgarian, Russian and German as well as English which is clearly beneficial when looking at deals in these regions.
