  Purchasing of UK Development sites
 
     
     
     
     
  Criteria  
 

Red Chilli has been mandated by a substantial institutional investor to identify development sites for sale according to the following outline criteria:

 
     
 
  • Minimum purchase price of £2m – no maximum (purchase price must represent a discount to RICS valuation)
 
 
  • All asset classes considered although sites without planning consent may also be of interest (these sites should be allocated or have a strong planning angle)
 
 
  • Sites intended for large flatted residential schemes are of least interest
 
 
  • The UK is the preferred geographical location but others will also be considered
