Our client is an experienced London developer and buy-to-let investor with a long term outlook for his portfolio. By putting in place a long-dated commercial mortgages structure with a hedging instrument we achieved 75% LTV at a rate of 4.85% including lender’s margin. Our client increased his LTV thereby extracting cash to purchase sites for the development side of his business; our client also significantly reduced his monthly repayments.
