Clients had undertaken a substantial residential development in London with a GDV of £240 million. They had financed the project by resorting to third party equity with whom they had negotiated an buy-out option in the early stages of the project.
After securing some pre-sales, we were able to re-gear the loan facilities to allow them to extract sufficient cash to buy their equity partners out.
