These Scandinavian investors were looking to acquire various property assets well let to corporate tenants. They were presented with a number of separate opportunities and we were able to arrange a highly geared war chest facility to allow them to pursue their acquisition strategy in tranches as and when properties came to the market.
This committed war chest allowed them to concentrate on identifying opportunities and moving swiftly to acquire them without concerning themselves with burdensome due diligence for each transaction.
