TRY 47 million (new Turkish Lira) re-finance for shopping mall property in Turkey
Our client was in need of a facility secured on surplus income from a well let shopping mall in Istanbul. The terms of the leasehold however prevented any lender from taking a charge on the property. We were able to arrange an unsecured loan facility on the strength of the client’s balance sheet.
