TRY 18 million (new Turkish Lira) - hotel re-finance of commercial property in Turkey
Our client required a facility to refurbish a hotel in Ankara held on a leasehold but was not able to offer sufficient security over the property. We arranged an TRY 18 million loan by providing the lender with a pledge on shares of the hotel operator.
