£76 million finance for speculative commercial property development of offices, retail and residential
The residential portion of the development has been contracted out to a leading UK house-builder who will fund the construction costs, thereby creating extra value in the project. This allowed us to secure favourable senior terms for the funding of the development of the office and retail units whilst enabling the client to extract some of the soft equity created by the house-builder’s commitment.
