Referral Fees

We will pay for the introduction of a transaction from a party not already known to Red Chilli Structured Finance 25% of our fees as and when we receive them. This referral commission is payable under the condition that the introducing party does not receive any fees from the introduced party.

Please note we reserve the right to deduct from the fee any abnormal out of pocket expenses.
